In this sermon we were reminded of what the significance of “light” during the Christmas. We saw in the Gospel of John how the light is meant to represent Jesus Himself entering into our world and what His first coming represents; hope to a dark world, grace to a disobedient world, and life to a dead world. Whenever we see the lights of Christmas, let us always be reminded of the Light that led us out of darkness–Jesus Christ the Light of the World.
